My World, My Work

Marco Santiago is the founder of RazorBang. As a media and technology professional, he's held numerous positions as consultant and/or project manager in the information technology industry over a 20 year period with such companies as Adaptive Broadband, Inter-tel, WorldatWork, American Express and Red Bull. As a Principal Consultant at Oracle, Marco worked with brands such as Pella Windows, Advanced Digital Information Corporation (ADIC), GE Medical Systems, Karsten Ping, Hitachi Data Systems and Unisys Corporation. While at Oracle, he was voted one of the top 200 consultants in 2001. Marco is the former CEO of AviaBid.com, the Internet’s first B2B aviation auction website, where the “Aviation Internet Directory: A guide to 500 Best Aviation Websites”, published by McGraw-Hill Publishing, listed Aviabid.com among its top websites in 2001.


From 2010 to 2012, Marco held the position of Vice President of Creative Development at SunCast Entertainment, a motion picture development and production company based in Phoenix, Arizona with representation from William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (WME Global).


Most recently Marco produced the theatrically released feature film, WATER & POWER, based on the award-winning stage play by Richard Montoya. WATER & POWER was developed at the 2007 Sundance Writers Lab and Sundance Directors Lab. It was executive produced by Oscar-nominated actor and Emmy award-winning producer and director, Edward James Olmos. In 2014 the film achieved limited theatrical distribution through AMC Independent in 30 theaters in Los Angels and San Diago, NYC, Austin, San Francisco, and other major cities in the U.S. The critically received film was digitally released in January 2015 on iTunes along with thirteen other films in the inaugural year of the prestigious Sundance Artist Program. WATER & POWER was subsequently released on Amazon, Vudu, Google Play, Netflix and Hulu. Mr. Santiago’s latest film as writer-director, XTRACTION, screened at the 2011 Phoenix Film Festival, 2011 GI Film Festival, 2011 Los Angeles International Short Film Festival, 2011 Action On Film International Film Festival, 2011 Hollyshorts Film Festival, 2011 HBO Latino International Film Festival and the 2011 NewFilmmakers Los Angeles.


Marco attended Arizona State University where he majored in Aerospace Engineering, History, and Applied Mathematics. He is a graduate of the UCLA’s graduate level Professional Producers Program, and holds a B.A. in Business from Western International University. He is a member of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration.
