Problem Statement
WorldatWork needed a means of gathering data about its customers in order to market to them more effectively. In the process they also wanted to improve and enrich the user experience on their website.
Solution
Implement Endeca enterprise search engine and leveraged newly defined metatag taxonomy applied to video, images, and other digital assets. Implemented custom social media platform that leveraged search engine and metatag schema in order to discover and create relationships between customers, digital assets, and transactional records, and implemented guided selling in order to establish up-sell and cross-sell capabilities.
