Classic Part Rental’s used Constant Contact's email marketing program, which had limited capabilities to target-market based on customer segment, customer type, purchase history, demographics, and location information.

Solution
Implement Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) automated email marketing platform in order to launch customer and lead nurturing program based on multiple contact facets, such as purchase history, website engagement and behavior (e-signature), conference attendance, location, purchase history with respect to products, spending history, etc. The implementation included the integration of their automated email marketing platform to their ERP system, with daily data synchronizations.
Implemented lead scoring model and automated up-sell and cross-sell capabilities.

Problem Statement
Classic Party Rentals needed a means of managing their product-related digital assets, as well as a means of managing their brand-related assets in order to help unify their brand across multiple sales and marketing channels.
Solution
Implemented a cloud-based Digital Asset Management Platform in order to centralize and maintain all media assets (still photos, video, pdf, and other digital assets).
Established a robust taxonomy in order to organize media assets to facilitate search and filtering
Created a media portal and workflow process that provided employees, as well as third-party content creators, the ability to submit content for review and approval by the marketing department
Integrated Digital Asset Management system with ERP system and company website
Deployed an iPad version of digital asset management portal, which allowed sales to curate media assets, and to generate customizable pdf sales docs for print and digital distribution to clients as well as partners.
