The National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) (www.nalip.org) is a national membership organization that addresses the professional needs of Latino content creators. NALIP was rounded in 1999 by a group of Latino producers, content creators, academics and media advocates.

Problem Statement
NALIP hosts a yearly conference that supports and promotes Latino media makers and their content, and features distinguished industry speakers, which include award-winning or nominated writers, directors, producers and actors from the Oscars, Golden Globes, SAG Awards and other distinguished accolades. The NALIP conference website required a fresh look and feel and a means for real-time communication and registration of attendees as well as sponsorship participants.
Solution
Redesigned website and implemented a registration system that integrates with badge, seating, and workshop registration.
Implemented a Digital Asset Management system in order to distribute promotional video and still digital assets as well as pdf documents to the appropriate social media endpoints and to targeted attendants.
Implemented a targeted email marketing platform in order to personalize communication and engagement.
