Problem Statement

Red Bull Media House produces and  licenses a wide variety of exciting media content, such as feature films and short form video content for distribution across mobile, streaming, and network television platforms. In addition, Red Bull Media House sells ad space  in their  monthly magazine (The Red Bulletin) with a monthly print run of almost 1/2 million. The challenge for Red Bull was to categorize, configure, and package these varied intellectual properties and ad spaces in order to optimize their sales and marketing resources and increase revenue.

Solution

Performed extensive analysis and audit of business processes in order to optimally implement SalesForce Sales Cloud in order to:

  • catalog, categorize, and document product and sales rules

  • increase visibility into every interaction with prospects and customers across multiple sales channels

  • Increase visibility into the sales management process

Implemented Marketing Cloud in order to:

  • capture and analyze engagement data across multiple social media platforms

  • track and analyze the results in order to optimize every experience across the entire customer lifecycle

  • build connected journeys that act and react based on customer's actions in the real time

  • use AI to plan and optimize every interaction, and build new segments based on cross-channel data.
