Project Type: Oracle Configurator Implementation

Problem Statement

Pella Windows used an in-house product configurator that did not scale with the ever increasing number and complexity of window and door products that they sold to professional builders and retail customers.

Solution

With the help of in-house subject matter experts, design and build a rules-based product configurator with Oracle's Product Configurator, which integrated with back end bill-of-material systems and pricing model in order to support a web-based client-facing configurator that generated properly configured and accurately priced window and door products for their professional and retail customers.
